Getting started

1. Set up your camera

Prop your phone against something stable and step back far enough that your head and feet are both in the frame. Incli needs to see your whole body to judge how deep and how complete each rep is.

2. Train

Start the exercise and do your reps. Incli draws a skeleton over your body in real time and counts reps automatically. You don't need to touch the phone.

3. Read your score

Every set gets a Form Score from 0 to 100, plus one specific thing to fix on the next set.

Which exercises the AI can track

Live rep counting and Form Score work for these 18 movements:

Legs and glutes: squats, sumo squats, jump squats, lunges, side lunges, glute bridges, leg raises, standing hip abduction

Chest and core: push-ups, sit-ups, V-ups, planks, jumping jacks

Arms and shoulders: bicep curls, front raises, lateral raises, overhead press, cobra wings

Everything else in the exercise library can still be logged manually, but the camera will not count reps or give a Form Score for it. Barbell and machine exercises are not supported — Incli tracks bodyweight and dumbbell movements only.
